Licensed in 2004, Eric has mastered the art of marketing homes, negotiating prices, and servicing clients. Eric’s role is to price & list properties; oversee the marketing of the properties and prospects for buyers. Eric is responsible for bringing in offers. Once offers come in, Eric is responsible for negotiating for the best results. Eric will conduct weekly market updates, traffic, and feedback reporting to our sellers. He will also make any and all recommendations throughout the marketing of the property to get our sellers the desired results.
